Anointed and Gifted Hands Cleaning Services

By booking with Anointed and Gifted Hands Cleaning Services (“we,” “our,” “us”), you (“client,” “customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure quality, professionalism, and mutual respect between both parties.

1. Services Offered​

We provide professional cleaning services for:​

  • Residential properties (homes, apartments, condos)

  • Rental properties (move-in/move-out, Airbnb, vacation rentals)

  • Commercial spaces (offices, small businesses, facilities)

The scope of service will be defined during booking. Additional services outside the standard package may incur extra fees.

2. Booking and Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • Final balance is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance and confirmed with deposit payment.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the deposit.

  • Clients may reschedule once at no charge with 48-hour notice. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.

4. Access to Property

  • Client must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time (via key, code, or in-person).

  • If the cleaner is unable to access the property within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be marked as a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If there is an issue with your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can return and address any concerns.

  • Refunds are not offered after service, but we are committed to resolving any issues promptly.

6. Liability

  • We are fully insured and committed to treating your property with care.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, improperly installed fixtures, or valuables not disclosed prior to service.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to secure fragile or irreplaceable items.

7. Health & Safety

  • We reserve the right to refuse service in environments that pose a health or safety risk to our team (e.g., biohazards, infestations, unsafe structures).

  • In such cases, the appointment will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

8. Supplies and Equipment

  • We provide all standard cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed.

  • If a client requests the use of specific products, they must supply them and inform us in advance.

9. Pricing

  • Prices are based on property size, condition, and scope of service.

  • Quotes provided are estimates; final price may vary based on actual work needed and will be communicated before service begins.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy. Any information shared with us or seen during service will remain confidential.

  • We do not sell or share client information with third parties.

11. Agreement

By booking a service with Anointed and Gifted Hands, you agree to the above terms. These terms may be updated at any time, and updated versions will be posted online or shared with clients as needed.
