Refund Policy

At Anointed and Gifted Hands, we strive to provide excellent service with integrity and care. To maintain fairness and clarity for all clients, we ask that you please review our refund policy below:

Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • In the case of major unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters), refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.

  • If rescheduling is needed, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.

Payments After Service

  • Full payment is due upon completion of services.

  • Payments made after service are non-refundable. We encourage clients to inspect the area before we leave to ensure satisfaction.

  • If there are any concerns, please notify us within 24 hours of service so we can address the issue promptly.
